| At last the GRiSO is back! Clutch replaced with latest version (bearing was on back order - took an age) … since it was in and stripped down had a Hagan (Stelvio equivalent) shock fitted. The 50 mile trip home was interesting, new shock notably different. Looking forward to spending some time getting the setup right. Great to have the GRiSO back at last | |

| Went to the shed, geared up, leg over, and - click, click - startus interuptus I thought .... Motobatt battery, less than a year old, so, cleaned up the terminals and earth, still click, click ... So, got the multi meter out, across the battery, bugger, 11.6 volts .... Put the old battery in, away she went ... So, Motobatt warranty claim coming up. Keep smilin all | |

| Yep, did a lot of research before I took on carrying Yuasa batteries in my ute, the fine print in the Motobatt cattledog would sometimes say. "Does not meet OEM specifications"
Buyer beware! |

Great to have the GRiSO back at last Just saw this. I may not be a lightweight, but it is hurtful to compare me to a Stelvio. Bill (not Hagon)

| Rode to work again today. "Mating Call of a Crow" it was chilly ** see below. Fairly cool saw zero multiple times, and even a -1 for a stretch. Last fling of the winter chills, I would imagine. Beautiful days, and today looks like a cracker.
Was a radio/TV personality years ago, Graeme Kennedy, he was - he's dead now. Had a prime time quiz show that was so full of double entendre that it filled up 2 time slots. All the kids were laughing at the surface jokes, and the parents got all the adult jokes. Always there was the fine line, which he skilfully crossed, until one day...
He did the mating call of a crow - "Faaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrkkkkkkkkkk". Pulled off TV immediately. He was a scream in action. Also went very well on radio, with his innate ability to conjure up fantastic images through the spoken word.

| Couple hundred miles around the corn fields. Found a couple of nice new roads south and east of where I usually turn around. Note to self: Self, be more adventurous. (ha ha) | |

| Suches huh.
I’m going to be at Tellico Plains, just north in TN. From Thursday to Sunday.
If I see another GRiSO I’ll stop & say ‘Hi’

| unfortunately I've been making my GRiSO a little bit jealous... I took the plate off it while I'm waiting for my plate from Tennessee and put it on the stornello. I think I'm going to do valve adjust this weekend because it's close to the 12000 mile mark. | |

| I took fat bigger brother of GRiSO for its first ride in 18 months after having suspension joints replaced (mine not the bikes). It was SO good to get back out on it - not too rusty surprisingly. I must get it booked in with Pete Roper for a going over (the bike not me) once it all settles down for him. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I sent your post to Virginia and Washington DMV. They found that interesting and said you might have uniformed visitors shortly. Don't worry; I can probably get you off on a reduced charge. Best, Bill
