| Nice pics, Waterbottle! I especially like the first one, and when you convert it to B&W it takes on a classic look and really highlights the beautiful GRiSO motor and your custom fairing and exhaust. Ride on, and compliments to the photographer. I was surprised when i looked that its the part of the side stand you use to hook your foot on that touches down first, maybe i can bend it out of the way a little more, One of the first things I pulled off, Nearly ground the hookie bit right through I tried bending it, but now taken it off before it leaves of its own accord, makes getting hold of the stand a little harder though! | |

| Jesus Sidrat, the only time the pegs on my GRiSO would go down is if my bike tipped over as I wheeled it out of the garage..... | |

Hey Brent, i don't think for one minute i am the only one, they do encourage you to push on a bit and surprise a few people, you have to lean the bloody things over so far as they are so long!, but that is half the fun :-)

| I don't know why, but I paint the smile on the filter every change, just a warped sense of humour I guess. A happy GRiSO is faster maybe | |

| I'm waiting for swing arm bearing now. On May 22 I put my GRiSO to local Guzzi dealer for service and instruct them for swing arm bearing greasing (thank You Grisoghetto and Pete). They found that one bearing is broken and ordered spareone but they have not received it yet. So I called to another good one dealer (historically first here in Czech Republic) and they have it on stock and they will send me both bearings and gaskets because I decided to change both bearings. So I hope that My GRiSO will be ready in few days :-) And here is photo from my last ride from Austria Alps, Stoderzinken road. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| Booked " the Beast " in with Brad the Bike Boy ( Beetles recommendation) yesterday so engine can cool before him servicing it on Tuesday. Prior to that I've taken out the memjet cheat box which had been catastrophic for fuel consumption prior and installed a map supplied by Beetle. Brad kept me there for about an hour reviewing the suspension settings and adjusting ( is it?) 'sag" front and rear. Some increase in preload up front and reduction of preload ( about a cm) on the rear shock ( hoping that my intervertebral disks will love him for it!). Once Brad has checked and adjusted throttle bodies, valve gaps and other sundries I'll have licence to notch up the level of aggressive riding a tad. Will hope to travel east of Melbourne next weekend for trip through Poweltown to Noogee then on the Reefton spur and Black spur. Ripper day here in Melbourne today and pining for the Beast. Will taske the V7 out for a more sedate fang around without risking my licence methinks............... | |

| If you're going to do the Reefton and Black Spur roads, watch out for cops. They hide in the bushes with camo netting, radios and cameras to catch those travelling just a little bit too quickly. | |

| Got a new PR4 rear today. The old one had a puncture and was losing 20psi overnight. I also got new from Mick at MJM seats that he's sending my refurbished seat to me. This means that I can send the one Pete loaned to me back to him. Thanks Pete. Now all I need are some of Onur's risers to make up for the 15mm increase in seat thickness. | |

| Mandrake - take the V7 up the top section of the Omeo some time - you will not be sorry. Come to think of it - a good place for a cabal (when rain is less likely) - while you are there, check out accommodations at Mitta Mitta for us. | |

Thanks, I'll check it out. Looking forward more to getting the GRiSO out of town once the inherited concerns have been addressed. So far " The Beast" has only seen the outer burbs.......

| Started a full service. Changed oils in engine, gearbox and bevel drive. Then I replaced the air filter. I was about to check the valves but it was starting to get cold in the garage, and I could hear the far-off siren call of Jack Daniels calling to me. I obeyed. Valves, plugs and TB balance to do. I might skive off on Tuesday to finish off. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ..[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.].In GRiSO we trust! . | |

| shod some Continental Road Attack II EVOs on to the Sport. Very good reports around this neck o th woods. Allegedly the 'Mercedes' of current tyres....
not sure if I really want a german taxi at either end.
We got a respectable 13,000km out of the PR-4s, but as I've said, didn't really like 'em. Hopefully (at the Mercedes premium price) I'll like these!!
