| FItted the number plate light to the carc plate holder, I know it's only a number plate light but was quite a nice fleabay find. Made a plate to fit the Carc bracket to hold the light and wired it up.....ooh it's quite bright! Losing the luggage rack tomorrow and may fit the front indicators, which have arrived. Going to give the 68s map a go also, thanks Beetle! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| I was going to drill out the tail for the rear rack but lost my nerve and went for a ride instead. All the roads in Bear Mt. St. park (NY, USA) are smoothly paved these days. An hour long ride and I saw more bicycles (3) than cars (2) or trucks (1). I took it very easy and the bike was magnificent. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| Pat, get a louder exhaust! The road noise form the tyres will be in the background then.
Alternatively, you can always "know" the tyres are doing their job... | |

| Beautiful spring day in the Pacific Northwest. Went to our monthly Moto Guzzi Club breakfast in Enumclaw, forty miles south of Seattle near the foothills of Mount Rainier. Steak and Fresh Egg were also there on their Grisos. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]" /> Man, do I LOVE my new Diavolo Nero! Never had any complaints with the GRiSO Rosso, but this thing makes the old 1100 feel like a slug. Stopped for some smoked marrow bones for Jellybean at the Green Valley butcher shop on the way home. | Went for a 450km ride west of Sydney up into the blue mountains around Oberon, Bathurst and Sofala. Other than the shite suspension the bike did well.

| Fixed my scratchy G. Well, bodgied up more like it. To the casual perve it look fine. On close inspection some 'imperfections' (ahem) become obvious. It'll do, as I'm just as likely to fling it into the weeds again. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] The angle of your photo is somewhat disturbing, Mark. When I held my laptop upside down, however, it is clear that your restoration skills are impressive. Bill | |

| Fitted my front indicators and was suprised that they didn't require the resistors! Wasn't looking forward to having to hide them somewhere..happy days With the 68S map loaded the bike is running much better indeed, seems crisper on the throttle and MPG has increased a fair bit. I guess the warmer weather may have something to do with the the added MPG also, but Beetle your were right about the 68S map, a big improvement over the 03 map indeed. | Installed the most regrettable crash bars. A test fitting really. Pete has offered the use of his catamite to weld up some mods I want to add - extra bracing etc. Undecided on the appearance.
