| Unreal bananna peel If he does oil , filter, tappets etc and it comes good, Get him to change the filter Again after a bit of a local ride! And cut the removed ones open to examine contents. Might save him being stranded on a cross country trip | |

| The more I think about it, if the engine got so hot it stopped, I think it has had a seizure. |

| Electrical connections may have melted too. Some of those errors may be because the loom has some open circuits now.
This exact same thing happened to a GRiSO. The GRiSO has a new wiring loom and is still going. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ..[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.].In GRiSO we trust! . | |

| The amazing thing with Rob's GRiSO was that when I went in to examine it after its famous melt-down I found it astonishingly free of damage! I was expecting rings with no tension and at least some other damage but everything, even the seals, were still perfect! Guzzi? Can't kill 'em even if you try. Even if you try really, really hard!
After it went back together he actuall kept the 'Melted Munter' and sold the one he'd bought to replace it.

| When the NSW Police farce rode BMWs, there was one that was about to get the siren and lights and crap fitted. Brand spankers. It was left idling ,on the sidestand. The "O" ring around the oil level sight glass failed, the boiling oil made a bee line for the hot header pipe. One cactus fuctus heap of molten shit with saggy tits. | |

| Fuel under pressure shouldn't vaporise, | |
