Another Italian beauty joins the fold

OK, so along with the GRiSO and my italian wife, all of our 4 children have had an italian bike or ped of some description and it was the youngest's turn at the weekend. We sold her pit bike on Saturday and bought this on Sunday.

By chance this is our third malagutti. Dad (me) will of course have to road test it to the official top speed of 28mph and a real top speed (deestricted) of more like 45.

And only last weekend i bought a track day bike too AND the weather this week is fantastic, ist all looking up in the motorcycle word in the sidrat family.

You're a good dad Keith. My old man bought me a 2nd hand pushie when I was 16. He and mum didn't like motorbikes (although he did help me get the bike I bought home and past mum). Would love to have enough money to buy a 2nd GRiSO for a track bike.

It would be good to have a go on the GRiSO at a track day, but i fear i may get carried away :-)

Also we wanted something we could race every now and again, there is a race series for Suzuki Bandits so we have bought one of those.

My parents didn't want me to get a bike either, despite my dad having one, both grandparents having them and my great uncle raced at the TT (which is where i must get it from). I bought one anyway, a little YB100 yamaha and kept it at a friends house until i rode it home accidently, i think they knew and it was allright from then on, here were are 43 years (i passed my test at 15) and 73 motorcycles later...

73!!! Shit, I've only had 4. Mind you I had a layoff for 36 years. My first was a 100 Yammie road bike too.
