Just picked up on Friday eve my Italian "Rossa"

I just picked up my 17,000 mile 2007 "Rosso" 2V beauty. Mapped with a Staintune exhaust and wonderous Italian bellow! What a fun bike. I have also owned an Eldo 10 years ago, my Italian Harley. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Thanks Pete- since you have owned both two valve and four valve can you tell me the differences between the two? I am interested in the four valve mostly because I want ABS and there's a couple of 2017 GRiSO's in my area.

Well, none have ABS for starters, but the 8V is just better all around: quicker throttle response, more torque, better brakes...I had no complaints at all with the 1100 GRiSO, but the 1200 is just more of everything I loved about the first one.

No GRiSO has ABS. There is at least one bloke in Europe who has retrofitted it but ex factory none of them are so equipped.

Great - then I'll just keep this one. I love the elemental experience of the 2V.

while the 4V are quite simple to service, the 2V ditch pump is even easier!!
