Check and see if your injectors are seated and sealing well

I had issues with the throttle body balance shifting around and the bike running flat but then surging when you gave it fuel. Also some instances where it felt like the right cylinder was missing. It turned out that the fuel injector on the right cylinder was not seated well even though everything looked fine visually before removing it. Apparently it resulted in a variable vacuum leak.
