I've been playing with the IWP 243 injector from the California 1400. Very interesting results. When directly tested against the IWP 190 (used in 2010 and later GRiSO ), the 243 only supplies 75% of the volume of the 190. Hmm...
Admittedly, my test was rather crude, but the results are repeatable and consistent.
Why, you ask? Simples. I need more fuel in my jugs. Specifically at idle. I've reached the limit on how a big a pulse-width I can use, it seems. The way around it at the moment is to use the CO trim feature, but I find that inelegant.
I was surprised that the 243 had a lower flow rate. I couldn't find the specs online, hence the test. Given the Cali 1400's less highly-strung than the GRiSO, it shouldn't be a surprise that it uses less fuel in stock trim.

I’ve wondered about the pulse width at the higher Rpm’s on the track GRiSO. Some of those numbers are getting awfully high. So the goal here is for Higher flowing injectors to allow a lower pulse width ? From memory our Throttle Bodies are 50mm , anyone know of any 60mm that could be used ?

Yes.
As for your throttle body question, some Ducati's had 60mm throttle bodies.

Right, I've ordered some Siemens Deka injectors. Static flow is 668cc/min @ 3bar. That's about 30% more than the IWP 190. Theoretically, I should be able to reduce pulse-widths (and therefore, duty cycle) and still get more go juice squirting into my chamber.

I installed the new Deka injectors yesterday. The o-rings on them we're too small, which I found out when one blew off while I was testing it, covering me and GRiSO in petrolatum. I had to swap the o-rings from the stock injectors.
Testing indicated an approximate 20% increase in flow. The end result is that my lean idle problem is gone. In testing today, I had set CO at -20 to get idle AFR above 12. Win! Now I get to remap it. Again!

I am having trouble finding the IWP 190's for anything less thana couple hundred dollars while the IWP 189 run about $35. I just broke one of my high dollar 190's, Can I go back with the 189 without any problems. Not looking to race, just ride.

The 189 has a 10% lower flow rate than the 190. If you're running a stock map without a PC5 etc, you'll be OK, I reckon. Replace the other with a 189 as well.

The 189 has a quite different spray pattern. Fuel at idle should not need a high flow injector. The idle fuel is regulated not in the main fuel map. I noticed when my lambda was to 0.9 at idle, and changing the map did do nothing. Changing the idle map does. If you want more you can raise the fuel pressure a bit.

Finally, ordered some of these 668cc injectors for the GRiSO R. More work coming up
