Voltage that fires Injectors

So my GRiSO 2012 8V "rollerized from the factory" has been getting hard to start and the idle was varying. I got some injector codes and have been checking them. We put some noid lights on the wires and we are seeing a first bright pulse then each pulse after that is weaker and weaker as if it is draining a capacitor, until there is obviously no energy after 5 pulses.. So my question is what controls the electricity to the injectors and what voltage should I be reading? Is it the ECU directly?

12V is supplied to the injectors from the Secondary Injection Relay. The ECU grounds the injectors to fire them.

Check your relay & connections. Check the ground on the ECU.
