Hi Folks. When following Pete Ropers instructions for throttle balance on the 1100, is the last adjustment after the TPS reset done at idle or also at 3500/4000 rpm. Thanks.

The final step after the TPS reset is to open the air bleed on whichever side has the higher manifold vacuum and is done at idle.
