Welcome Stacka. No hard luggage on mine. For touring, Rok Straps do the job as tie downs. They have a hook and an eye. The eye fits nicely over the underseat lugs.
These straps were invented by someone concerned about eye injuries from traditional bungees. I've never broken one.
