Remove the useless pillion stuff

Hi All,

after my latest episode with my GRiSO I have finally managed to make one more step toward customization Very Happy

The hopefully soon to be delivered addition will be a Corbin Gunfighter seat. I won't tell the color, you'll just have to wait for the picture. After having been indecisive for a while between going to a local saddler to customize the original seat or just ordering a well known seat I opted for the latter. I can still customize the original should I need to and also I can always go back to the classic look when I get tired of the new one. So that's a plus I guess.

But, that's not all yet. To do the single seater job properly I have ordered a set of replacement pillion foot pegs (is that the correct word?) I happened to stumble upon them on eBay. The one on the left, which holds the pipe, will be modified (sawed off) to have only the required parts for the pipe without all the overhead for the pegs. The other one will simply be removed and the bolts replaced with something that looks ok.

When there is something to look at I'll post a few pictures of course.

Interesting.

My Kathi is an accomplished pillion who likes the EV and loves the Norge -- she just asked if we could go riding tomorrow queen

-- but she declines to ride on the GRiSO. She did give it a try. Once. No more.

Maybe I should consider what you are doing as I'll always ride solo.

The Corbin seat is very nice! If anyone wants to do the rear footpeg delete I have the hangers in my box-o-munt free for the asking.

hirnkrampf, where are the pics? the suspense is killing me..... I'm thinking about the Corbin too, would love to see yours and your rear peg solution, although my daughter likes riding pillion now...

sorry but I just did not yet get around to removing those. The Corbin however is ready and mounted as well as my new beautiful Termi Pipe Very Happy

The bike looks amazing with those already. Regarding the footpegs, it'll have to wait a tad bit longer. Oh and did I mention the absolutely stunning bellypan from Bruno Saturno in Italy? I love it!

i like the red and the green, i love the bellypan too and already have a termi!

I am going to have to fit the new seat cover now!

Together with the seat I find that to be the nicest change.
