Roller Rockers for sale

Hi All.

The site below is for TLM in Holland. They have a B roller kit currently in stock for sale, the cost of which is 599 Euro (approx $660 US). I bought a B kit plus xtras to make up a C kit from them for 761 Euro (approx $840 US including shipping) and it was delivered to New Zealand to my door in 7 days. Shipping was 35 Euro. The package got through customs without duty so I was lucky.

Excellent place to deal with.

May or may not work in Oz. the cut-off for slipping stuff in without duty is $1,000, (Or more accurately $999.). If it goes above this you pay a processing fee and 10% GST and maybe some import duty too, I can't remember.

Yes, it can work out advantageously but it depends on the exchange rates so be careful.

The processing fee in NZ is $130 and the amount before duty is charged, 15% GST, is only $400. They seem to be fairly lax here though.

Mark, I'm reading €724.26 in your link and not €599! Am I looking at the wrong page? TLM is where I am planning on getting mine when I get over the Christmas expense. It would be nice if they were on sale at end of January.

Hi.

The 724 Euro is on the page as you state. This is inclusive of local tax. Place the item into the shopping cart on the page and then enter shipping destination. If you live outside of Holland the site removes the BTW (Dutch tax) and it will be 599 Euro. I have an account with them so it shows anything I look at without tax as my profile is linked to NZ.

Thanks for the reply Mark. Unfortunately as I live in Europe, the full tax applies, so it's still the full €724 scratch

They will get you eventually. Sorry never realized the tax stayed there for the entire EU.

Buy it from outside of the EU. Tell them to hold it while you come and pick it up. "Give" it to the bloke down the road...

Well, it all depends on whether posting it hither and yon will cost more than the savings. Depends where you are.
