New version Guzzidiag 0.44

There is a new version Guzzidiag 0.44 where a lot has been changed for the v7 with single TB, Owners of these bikes please test.

V0.44 2014.10.26

- completely revised actor screen, to much tests fir MIU G3
- MIU G3 values and tests corrected
- MIU G3 should connect now a bit better
- 5AM added 'Service reset' again for our Ducati users
- Donate target should now respect your language (PayPal speaks not suomi )
- 5AM Lambda integrator, value corrected
- 5AM Lambda mV changed again, but not sure if it is right
it is possible that different software versions shows this value in an other way
- 5AM injection time corrected
- P8 corrected actor test
- P7 and P8 input senor shorten messages swapped and replaced with 'real' text
