| Reverse Tardis,
If nothing else, make sure these are done up correctly - not pretty if you get it wrong... | |

| It's funny you should all say that sbout the wheel nuts, i got the breaker bar out to undo them and although they were done up, none of them were anywhere near 110NM. I will do them up to the required specification, new tyre is on today, back up to 20C at the weekend, shame i have to go to a wedding, but WILL get some miles and smiles in. | |

| Great news, pleased for you! What make of tyre did you go for?
I am hoping to get a cam and record the termi soundtrack and a nibble of decent road when i get a chance.
Cheers,

| Ok so just been out for a 40 mile bimble. Checked the rear wheel nuts, all ok. The volts read 14.3 almost constantly, its never read that high, so all looks good.
The original rear tyre now replaced after being onthe bike for 5 years and 3780 miles. I have always been a pirelli fan and our local bike supplier is doing diablo rears at £88 fitted to a loose wheel.
I am shocked at the difference, i never realised how nice and soft the pirelli's were especially compared to the harsh metzelers fitted from new.
Very happy | |

| The Metzlers are total shite.
