The gentleman who was our tour guide, and in the picture with the red GRiSO, retired after 45 years of working at the factory. He spoke no English, but real-time Google translate was a huge plus. He was so passionate about the bikes he told us about. A special day indeed.

I was there last year - Mandello was our favorite spot. Moto Guzzi and the lake, what more could you ask for?

We went to the factory museum few years ago, arriving 10 minutes before closing. They wouldn't let us in. We begged, pleaded, even offered money but still refused entry. The experience was almost as good as what we didn't see.

One of my bucket list destinations for sure. One, to be financially able to make the trip. Two, to be in good health in body and mind to really enjoy it for what it truly is....The people in that place really seem to enjoy life and love to share their stories and passions about it.

I was there too! Fantastic place, and seeing all those Guzzi's was wonderful.
