Actors in GDiag for IGN and INJ error out 15M ECU, cranks fine but no start

Posting here for the expertise with Guzzidiag by members.
The bike is a 2003 V11 Sport Naked with 7K on it and has been sitting for a couple of years. It was running fine before. The pump works and I have fuel pressure. The bike cranks fine.
I tried putting a little gas in the left throttle body to test and there was no fire.
So I got out my computer and loaded Guzzidiag to test the ignition and injectors. Both tests error out using the "actors" test. I swapped relays and no change.
The cam sensor affects both fuel and spark but shouldn't the injectors and spark still work with the Guzzidiag actors tests even if the cam sensor is bad?
I thought I would seek some guidance before getting any deeper into this.

Somewhat resolved. It was a fuse that supplies power to the injectors and ignition.
However the bike still will not stay running due to a fuel issue. If I squirt a little gas in the intakes it starts.
Most likely the fuel system is clogged up from sitting for so long.
The Actors test now works in Guzzidiag.

Is it an internal or external fuel pump model? If internal and the bike has been sitting the spring in the pressure relief valve may of rusted away. That doesn’t help……..

It is an external pump model. I will have to pull the tank and investigate more thoroughly in a couple of days.

Resolution.
The fuel pump was bad. I replaced the pump yesterday afternoon and the bike fired up. The old pump made noise but didn't pump which threw me off.
