Mobile USB charger conection

Hi guys,

I posted this in an old thread, but has I am not getting any reactions I decided to create a new topic. Applogies for being so pushy

I bought a male plug that matches that pre-installed socket for Satnav devices, as I'm planning to connect a USB charger there.
I got me a tester and tried to check the tension on that socket.
I inserted the two contact pins (that come along with the plug kit) on the socket and touched both pins with the tester probes (red probe to contact 1, as it is supposed to be the +).
-With the bike switched off - No tension, as expected
-With the engine running - also no tension....bad news...
I should get tension with the engine running (even idling, right?)
What can be wrong? Any fuse I should look at?

Update:
I made some investigation in the Wiring Diagram on the Manual an found this out:

So I took a look at the fuse box and found the fuse F is missing. This could be the cause.
But I couldn't find in the manual which kind of fuse to use...Will a 3A fuse be enough?

3A would do.

Move that spare 3A fuse across to test it, but I don't think 'FUSE F' is for anything on the 1200

Where did you get your wiring diagram from?

I just tried and it worked...
