While poking around the interweb the other day I chanced upon K&S Technologies page.
K&S
It looks like they picked up on NGK's line of plug caps, including the former NGK p/n SB05F and SD05F.
K&S have been around forever supplying motorcycle specific bits and pieces. Their parts I've handled seem to be at least as good as any of the OEM supplied parts.
