| I have found in the forum that NGK SB05E with SD05F rubber is the perfect combo gfor cap upgrade. But, unfortunately in this country, where only spare parts are for Tomos, Zastava and Yugo (probably most of you haven't heard of these brands), i was only lucky to Find SD05F, and the local distributer told me by phone that those are the only spark plug caps they are importing.
My question is, should i buy 2 SD05F, will they fit? also, should i replace the OEM spark plugs with ones from NGK that will fit the cap?
Any suggestion is welcomed!

| The E and F designations refer to the fitment to the plug. The E type fit a plug with a narrow top to the centre electrode such as those which have a screw on top that has been removed. The F type fit those with the screw on cap in place or plugs without a removable tip.
If you can't find a suitable plug cross reference for the CR8EKB with a tip that fits the cap, (Probably CR8EK but it's six o'clock on a Sunday morning so don't trust me on that!) gimme a hoy and I'll send you a pair of SB05E's

| Hmmm-I think my GRiSO plug caps are playing up. Running not well until it's warm. I have the upgrades-but where did I put them?
To petarzil, I am happy to buy you a set and post them to you at cost.

| Oh man ... i wish i had australian visa and some money aside, i would really spend them to meet you in person, grab some drinks togather and tell you in person how great human you are.
Monday is non working day, so i'll wait till Tusday afternoon to check for the spark plugs.
How about higher priced NGK plugs? Iridium, Platinum or Others. If they fit the cap, should i consider them? Will it be an upgrade or just bullshit?

| Iridium plugs last longer. That's it. However, they get just as dirty as any other plug. I'm quite interested in Brisk plugs-anybody know how well they work ? [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] | |

If no option, i'll contact you. My name is James. The Papa Lazarou name is one I use across a few motorcycle sites because I found the character so funny. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

| Thanks for the clarification James, first time hearing of Papa Lazarou.
About the plugs, i only have experience with bosch, denso and local manufactured champion plugs.
But, i never suspect a british company, i am satisfied with 99% of the stuff i have bought, and are made in UK

| A Guzzista mate (no longer with us, unfortunately) did a lot of testing of various plugs & determined that the DENSO plugs were the most reliably superior (followed by NGK). If you can source a Denso equivalent locally, I'd try those out. | |

| I've heard few more stories of experienced riders, that put Denso infront NGK. I personally haven't gone deeper in the sparks section, on every bike i have owned i have purchased them from official dealerships, or upgrade reccomendation by the service guy. | |
