I think Weight Watchers / Jenny Craig would have been cheaper in the long run.
Got my 2012 Diavolo Nero down to 509lbs with a full tank of gas, with the weight distribution on the bike close to 50/50. It wasn't easy, well I guess it was, but it wasn't cheap.
Weight Loss Mods:
Ballistic Lithium L.W. Battery
An assortment of Titanium bolts (mainly for looks and corrosion resistance)
Aluminum Front Axle

Arrow Ti Full Exhaust
Fender Eliminator
Removed all reflectors and evap canister

Tuneboy Download & Dyno tuned
Powder Coated Pegs & Valve Covers
Painted Gauge Surround
Aluminum Oil Cooler Cover
Woodcraft Bar End Weights / Sliders
Front Axle Slider
Spiegler Black Front Brake Lines (Clutch will follow but PITA to change)
Ducati 848 Matt Black Front Fender (Stock would no longer work with forks)
LED Turn Signals
Renthal Bar (mainly for looks and Bar end change)
Future Mods:
Rossopuro Carc Bar
Ohlins Rear Shock
Spiegler Rear Brake line (not on file yet, will have to send mine to them to copy)
More Ti Bolts
Powder Coat Shifter & Brake Lever
Remove Rear Peg Mounts / Fabricate - Powdercoat Exhaust Hanger
Wish List Mods:
Ti or Aluminum Oil Fill & Drain Bolts (I can get them made / Expensive / Have to Order in Quantity)
Ti Valve Cover Bolts (Same reason as above)
Ti Rear Wheel Bolts (I have the size just can't find them)
Modify the Seat (so it flows into the tail section)
BST Carbon Wheels
Of course some of these mods have a minimal weight savings and I changed out most of the bolts for titanium for the looks and corrosion resistance. The biggest weight savings came from changing the battery and the exhaust, followed by the forks and calipers, with the other items following.
