oil pressure switch Empty
PostSubject: oil pressure switch   oil pressure switch Icon_minitime1Sun Aug 20, 2023 7:53 pm

Hi
We've had something like 5 months of wind and rain this Winter so I've not been out on the GRiSO
Lack of sunshine has also affected my battery as I have a solar panel trickle charger.
I start the bike every few weeks to warm her up and get the oil flowing but left it that much too long
and the battery had gone point where it would hold a full charge or just got old.
Anyway I replaced the battery with a powersport lithium ion battery and started the bike up.
Only to notice the oil pressure switch was staying on, the bike runs fine, no smoke or strange noises plenty of clean oil in the sump.
I replaced the sump gasket when I did the rollerization.
So first off I'll replace the oil pressure switch.
She's an '07 model so will take the earlier switch. Having read through the comments it seems the part is a Tridon TPS039
can anyone just confirm that before I go ahead and order one.
            Thanks  Evans
