Started doing fork seals and measured oil level before taking things apart.Measured 145 mm without spring and spacer tube.Manual calls for 95mm,forks have never been apart.Just wondering whats working for others.
Yes 2012 GRiSO SE,Showa forks.I didnt think there was a difference in suspension between years, but maybe there is.

I think they all have the same Showa to forks. The workshop manuals (on this site in here [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]) don't show a difference.
Where did you see the 95mm rigure?

I have a reprint of factory service manual I got from Harpers MG here in the states.Clearly states with a diagram 95mm air gap, with spring out and no spacer tube.

Is that the samr diagram as the one on page SUSP17 of the manual on here? If so that is confusing, has anyone else on the site heard of or used a 95mm air gap?
A higher oil level will increase the air-spring effect, could be beneficial
