I have a new to me 2008 Sport 1200 (2v), and I'm slowly going through it as I'm not sure of the full service history. It has a Mistral pipe with DB killer, and before I touch anything, I thought maybe I'd try to figure out if it has been remapped. I used GuzziDiag on my '17 V7 so I'm somewhat familiar. Can I just back-up the map to my computer and somehow tell by its name, date, or what not, if it's a non-factory map?
Also, I know it's not a GRiSO, but heard the W5AM CARC bikes are welcome here? Plus, the PO of my Sport has a GRiSO that I have a keen eye on for when he's ready to sell.
Also #2, I know to never touch the magic idle screws, and I'm hoping to learn everything I can so I don't muck it up.
Thanks!

If you read the map and ask Mark nicely I'm sure he can identify if it's a factory map or not.

First thing to do is connect GuzziDiag and look at the "ECU Informations" box and check the tester code and install date. That may tell you instantly if it's been remapped.
