I think you are better with heated gloves. Heat demon elements fitted under OEM grips (two heat levels) doesn't give much heat; bit better with Tucano Mitts fitted (style goes out the window but surprisingly useful during winter).....[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

The latest Gerbing controller is a bluetooth device, I fitted this under the side cover of my V7 Special.
The wireless remote you can carry in your pocket although I have mine on the bars.
For the longest time I would just run my gear on maximum but when I heard about this new controller I was sold.
