A while back I whined about how my dealer put a ding in the front rim of my GRiSO. After some discussion, they told me I would get a new wheel.
The first one came pre scratched by Luigi. When the second one was ordered everyone in Italy had gone on vacation. Well about a year later
I got a phone call, new wheel is in. I rode into Pro Italia and they put the tire on it balanced it and it is looking just like it did the day I bought the bike.
I paid extra for them to install new brake pads so they got something, but this was a costly replacement for them with no hassle to me.
They have been first rate to me for my GRiSO.
They also have a number of used bikes that you could not tell were not new.
