| Yeah, a pic would help. Remember we don't have the charcoal canister in civilized countries.
I guess they you mean the small Oeliker clamps similar to the ones that hold the breathers onto the plates at the back of the heads? If so then there are special pliers you use to un-clip them and clip them up again.

| I think those oetiker clamps are non-reusable type. Used to own a R1150R with thousand of these all over the bike, I cut them along the ear and pinch a new one with funny looking pliers. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| I found a pair of specialty pliers at the local auto store that did the trick. A bear nonetheless. | |

| OK, so here's the pictures, but it was easy peasy. A flick of a screw driver to undo them... | Good info on the clip, but what about the meat? Outdoor cooking and drinking another favorite activity of mine. Hopefully the weather will allow me to smoke a brisket or two over the next few weeks. May even invest in a Bradley smoker this year (cold smoked fresh trout comes to mind).
BTW, meat looks done just right. | |

| I have read of the lore of the Three Nuns, haven't tried it yet. I'll put it in the buy queue. Right now I've got some Escudo Navy Deluxe, SPC Mississippi River, Drew Estate Meat Pie, and Lane 1-Q on hand for this trip. Slo-Mo-Shun - the Bradley Smoker is a nice little smoker. My neighbor in Seattle has one and it does a fine job. It's a pretty "sanitized" unit but the smoking "cakes" bring many choices and the system works very well. Consider smoking some cheeses as well... Back home in Seattle I have a Brinkmann barrel smoker that weighs about 200lbs, sturdy. It's served me well for the last 14 years.
