Whats your CO setting?

I tweaked my CO setting to +5 and the bike is running nicely. I tried +8 and I could smell a whiff of fuel occasionally. At zero I got some lag off idle. MPG is at 40 right now.

I guess this setting varies a lot depending on location, so what is yours?

It really depends on the exhaust you're running and the fuel map.

Yeah - I'm running a Mistral with dbkiller on my G11 at sea level  and have mine set to -20.  Got good cold idle and got rid of the gas smell.   I did a canister-ectamy last weekend and now I get good hot idle with no idle hunting.

-20 - that seems like a lot. Is this a sign of an overly rich map? Of course if it works, it works.

For what it's worth I'm running CO of 0 with a Zard (with DB killer) but we're still developing the map. 2013 8V / stock air filter.

+3 with Beetle's stock can map in AZ (elevation ~1100ft)

CO trim now-15
Runs less vibration at all revs and smoother power from 2500rpm

with a termignioni pipe and beetle map to match.
