| Jude and I are off for a week in Townsville starting tomorrow. I'll fling the laptop and cables into my bag so if there is anyone in FNQ who wants a remap or tune-up let me know. Its not going to turn into a 'Busman's Holiday' because Jude will kill me if it does but I don't mind helping to for a few hours if people are stuck.

| It's bloody great! I've had a shit-tonne of crap going on recently with work and to a degree family and now we're away on holiday. Tomorrow I'm taking Greg's GRiSO out for a flog with Peter on his Sport and Greg will ride his V50 Monza and stoll beat us to the pub because he's a damn sight better rider than us two old farts! This evening we had great home made Pizza at a Peter and Kerry's, tomorrow we'll eat out, the rest of the week will be a cavalcade of culinary delights as Greg's missus is Thai and is doing us the 'Full Banana', I'm doing Indian midweek and we have at least two nights booked for reef fish and steak at restaurants known only to locals! P&K also have a very nice wine cellar we are going to stick a decent dent in! Best thing is it's so warm my bloody hands have stopped hurting for the first time in three months! Win! Pete | |

| I couldn't stand the pace! Plane arrived at 1.30PM, Peter and Kerry's place is about five minutes away from the airport. We got home and cracked a beer and Peter started on a bottle of red. Greg and Yat came round at about 5.30 and we ate a tonne of Peter's home made Pizza and continued drinking and ranting until about 11.00PM by which time we'd consumed six bottles of red, one of white, a sixpack of Guinness and a bit over half a case of Carlton. Peter , Greg and I were supposed to be going out for a ride this morning at 10.00AM. That didn't happen but we rescheduled to go at 1.00PM. Peter still thinks he'd be over the limit so we shit-canned that idea, had some lunch and now we're all going off for a Nanna-Nap! Jesus! We're all way too old for this sort of crap!
