USB KKL VAG-COM For 409.1 OBD2 Looking on the internet comes up with a myriad of cables with various connections. So what I'm looking for is the right cable and where I can source it from in Australia if possible. Any info will be greatly appreciated. later Terry

Hi Terry,
I got mine some years ago via eBay. Both came from Hong Kong but from separate vendors. total landed cost was around $25 AUD. GuzziDiag website has cables listed - try the first one listed (Fiat). You will also need a USB to OBD cable like the blue one listed in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Don't know of supply in Oz but watch some of the prices - they tend to be a bit exxy
Tony.

I don't know if you can get them here. Most buy from ebay.
The essential detail for the USB adapter: it must have a chip FT232 from manufacturer FTDI inside. Some other adapters are produced with PL2303 chip from Prolific company, or CH340 from WCH, these will not run with GuzziDiag.
Hi All, Been a while since I last posted, I've just been cleaning out my garage and have found a set of Guzzidiag cables, they are free to anyone that wants them.
Be realistic, as I live on the Gold Coast, If you want to ride down and get them that's fine, alternatively if you want to send me a prepaid bag, I'll post them to you.
That's very generous. R U sure you ain't gonna by another Guzzi in the foreseeable future?

Sorry to wake an old thread. I want to oder the cables for the mapping of a friend's GRiSO and later mine (when I get it). The GRiSO.org pdl points me to a lonelec page. However the cables look different than the ones in the pdf. Could anyone confirm I'm looking at the right cables?

You are. GRiSO.org is the definitive site. There are older pictures of others that were available at some point.

Great thanks. The reason I ask is because the picture in the pdf shows a flat 3 pin connector [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
hwereas the one on the website has a square connector: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Nevermind I found it on the same website. It's not the euro5 kit, it's the 3 pin one

Yup, the later bikes use a different connector.
Lonelec are the biz though, their stuff always works.
