OEM Muffler End Cap Bolts Missing/Loose

Just a heads up.

I lost one of the three end cap bolts. When I checked the other two, they were both very loose.

Now with threadlocker, hope they stay put.

Yeah, this is known to happen on occasion. Yours is a good reminder to snug those up and add a bit of threadlock.

Use permatex red, not loctite red. the permatex gets gooey and nasty with heat and becomes very hard to remove. loctite is a better product and turns to powder at about 400 degrees and is then removable. thus loctite when you have to take it apart, and permatex when you want to ruin it taking it apart.
