The GRiSO came with a license plate frame that had LED turn signals built in. I got stopped for: Failure to use Turn Signals.
The cops are real hard on sport bikes around here & I really don't blame them. We have a load of University students that are total idiots, nuff said. I knew the cop & he said fix it because it really was not working at all. When I got home & pulled the seat the resistor was getting "burn yer hand" hot.
I pulled it off & trashed it. I thought I was going to be able to use a Digital volt meter to determine left side & right side flasher wires so I could put on a set of regular turn signals but I can't get any signals from any of the wires.
I have tried to find a wiring diagram for a 2013 SE but no luck.
Anybody have a diagram or a picture of the harness showing which wire does what so I can get it fixed?

This any good? Might be hard to see but the earth wire is blue, right indicator is red, left is yellow

@wayne68 Thank You! I did find that diagram but was not sure if any changes had been made after 2008.
I thought I had probed those wires and did not get a current change on the meter but I will do it again tonite. It may be that I need to have both lights wired and grounded before it will work.

No probs. You could just wait until you get the new ones and test before fitting. Might just be a duff resistor though, ebay have them very cheap.

resistors are for turnautomats working with bimetal, what depends on the current draw to heat it. Yours has turn signals comming from the dash, get the resistor out. Or first try to get it running with a 21watt bulb, what is stock.
signals both have a blue, that is ground, and right has a black wire for +12v, left has yellow for +12v
