Tappet check

Quick question for you guys. So I just picked up a 2013 GRiSO last weekend. Since it was registered in March of that year I thought it would be safe with regards to the the tappet issue.
However with a closer look at the VIN it looks like it was built in 2012. This lead to some bad words being uttered.

So anyway I popped a one of the covers to take a look. Comparing to the pictures out there I think it's on rollers but since I basically have the mechanically ability of a chimp I thought I'd ask for confirmation one way or the other.
