I've used the Storm. I liked them but rear wore more quickly than I expected. Also, the rear was wider than spec.

Reset the trims by pulling the main fuses for 1 minute or use GuzziDiag to reset them. You'll get better results.

Okay Beetle , thank you for your time .... I will cancel K$N filter and get some OEM filters .... I'm not sure about resetting trims and not sure what results I would be looking for ... the bike seems like it is working perfectly now although a bit quiet for me , compared to the Duc and Commando .... is that what the GPR does make noise , or will I see better performance i.e. better fuel economy , that would be good , as far as faster , not really important at this stage .... if I pull main fuses will ECU adapt to new pipe automatically ? .... as far as oil level check am I using correct method .... I think ECU is same as that in the Duc or I should say the connectors sure look familiar .... the Duc has the DP performance setup with the ECU , open pipes and open K$N air filter .... it is good on gas and fast ...

The ECU is quite likely the same in the Ducati, but having the same ECU means diddley-squat. The engines are different, the way they breathe is different, the maps are different. You can't compare apples with oranges.

As far as resetting the trims, it will take a while for the ECU to trim itself to its happy place. Several hundred kilometres actually. Keep in mind the the map is designed for the stock exhaust, so you may or may not be happy with the end result of the trimmed GPR pipe. It's a wait-and-see thing. It's your decision of course, but IMNSHO, putting both the K&N and the GPR would be a bad thing. Just swap out the pipe.

I'm thinking that I probably will ride the bike as is for a while , and read and study up all the tech info posted here .... very good of you guy's to have so much posted .... I may have been guilty of not reading this stuff before asking my questions , sorry ....not very much into the mod. tech. more comfortable around carbs and such ... anyway , thanks to all for your suggestions and comments
