Hi Snake
I too have an 1100
I have no issues with mine but interested to gain knowledge
I am a bit confused with what you have done to fix your clutch issue
You mention 'thrust bearings', can you please elaborate ?
My understanding is that these are an 'inside' part
Did you take the gearbox off and get inside ?
Regards from Tasmania
Cheers

Piston no. 10 went on coupling the stop.
The hub is only about 1mm.
When rod Nr. 6 something is too short, the clutch separates bad.
I have inserted a small spacer between part. 6 and 7
Swingarm etc. must from, unfortunately.
Circuit, regardless of whether engine is now hot or cold without noise.

My issue is exactly how snake describes it. I have bled the system using a master vac and adjusted the actuator plunger and the problem persists, the lever stops before getting to the bar without fully disengaging the clutch. Its strange, next I was going to take wheel/shock out and investigate the slave.
Is it possibly new clutch time ? bike has done 14k miles

To get security, I opened vent valve lever has now been drawn up handlebars, so no blockade of the hand lever mechanism.
In Stelvio models, there were various lengths of the rods? I wonder why ???
My bike had only 8500 Km on the speedometer and the problem was getting worse. When cold idling went in at the hot engine it became difficult and seek the idle only when rolling out quickly.
I wish you yes because what is different, it looks pretty after my problem.
The cylinder No. 10 has approximately 1,3-1,50mm survive.
In warmer motor becoming the supernatant is even smaller?
For me it true only 0.4mm supernatant !!!

With my Spacer supernatant is now 1.9mm
If No. 5 and 6 rub together it wears,
http://postimg.org/image/a5x7qibfv/ a little reserve I think is good.
Idling and shifting gears to go whether hot or cold without noise.
I hope Uncle Google language is understandable.
Good luck  Pillage!
Greeting the snake
