Generally, anything - M8 is 15 Nm (11.06 lbf ft)
and anything M6 is 10 Nm (7.38 lbf ft)

Spec is 25 Nm.

I torqued mine to 18Nm

It's a figure that I decided to use after cross checking with a few ducatis, Aprilias, Speed Triples, standard M8 torque setting and of course Guzzi's recommendation.

That was 17,000km ago.
