Subject: GRiSO 1100 does not start anymore Mon Jul 06, 2015 8:07 am
Today I went some short turns with my GRiSO. But after having a short break, the GRiSO does not start anymore. I checked battery power (12,5 v), fuses, fitting of cables... nothing obvious... The starter does not even move, i can not hear the fuel pump running. Now I am confused. What on earth could the reason be?

When I had my 1100 I found that sometimes the + lead on the battery would slacken very slightly, but enough to stop the engine turning over.

Also check the main fuses and the starter fuse. Try doing a search on 'Startus Interuptus' it's an unfortunate issue that has plagued Guzzis since time immemorial.

GRiSO is running again. Battery power was too low. I used a jumper cable and connected it with the battery ob my Volvo V70 D5. And when the dashoard showed me 12,7 V i tried to fire it up. Here we go again.
