| Six of us met up at Pete's (Street's) house in Georgetown Saturday morning. Bill suggested a destination of Kettle Falls in the NE corner of the state. A great choice as this would send us along the venerable North Cascades Highway (Hwy 20) into the Okanogan, the across the Colville Reservation on Hwy 155 to the Gifford Inchelium Ferry over the Columbia River. We would then follow the river north for another half hour or so to arrive at Kettle Falls. Here's the route: What follows are some of the pictures I took. Hopefully Vance and Pete will share some of theirs as well. | Fun trip.
I can. I posted on Instagram thinking I could link to pix, but evidently this is a no go. So, I need to look into hosting options. | |

| What a great time you all had! Seems like a lot of luggage for an overnight though. I need me some coveralls. What brand were those? | |

| Always good to have plenty of extra room in your saddlebags for beer...

| Glad you all had a good trip. Photo's are good too. Bridge jumping brings back good memories for me! Hope you all finished the Monkey nuts off? I like the Stelvio [ colour lifts the bike ] The panniers look good as well with top loading. Guessing it is pretty comfy in the more upright riding position. It sort of looks a bit angry from the front with a frown. What's the tank range like? How's the handling compared to the GRiSO? Loving the old Le mans - really stands the test of time that bike! Thanks for posting up the trip! | |

| I passed you guys going the opposite direction twice. On Saturday near Twisp - Three of us on older Guzzis doing a 150 mile loop of the Methow. We were at the Washington Vintage Motorcyclists "Over the Pass Rally" near Winthrop. Again on Sunday AM coming down the hill from Sherman Pass on Rt 20 just West of Kettle. I was going home south of Kettle Falls on my old T3. Perfect weekend for riding. If you are ever back over here, I could show you some great back roads. Also have a nice shop if you need it. That goes for you BC people, too. The Inchelium ferry is pretty cool. You should have seen it when it was an old tugboat chained to a barge.

| I SAW you! Said to myself, that's a Guzzi!, but of course no one could hear me. We really should get together, didn't know you were out there. I think it's time you formally introduce yourself to the Ghetto and place a pin on the map if you haven't already done so.

| Funny thing, we were leaving Lewiston Idaho last Monday to return to Phoenix. Loaded up with the wife and two dogs so it was F150 time. Looking at towns to retire to and escape the great hell of a heat in Phoenix in the summer. Washington looks enticing. | |
