Hi all,
Seeking feedback on flyscreens/windscreens that people have had good experience with. I'm 195cm tall, and my '14 GRiSO presently has no screen so anything above 55mph is a beating. The Dart stuff looks good, but the taller ones look a bit goofy. AF1Racing also has the Agostini ones, which look nice. Not having experience with these, I'm wondering if the height of the screen needs to be mindful of rider height?
Anyhow, feedback is welcome!
Edited height typo!

Wow...9.5 foot tall rider on a GRiSO...that's a new record.
I presume you mean 195 cm rather than 295 cm tall!
Dart has 2 or 3 screen options...they are nice, compact, decent for getting some of the air off the chest and good up to 75 or 80 mph from my experience with the Dart Marlin.
There is a very rare Givi screen that is incredibly efficient at air management and no head buffeting but virtually unobtainable that a few of us have been able to obrtain. In the absence of the that, the larger Dart is a good / decent substitute.
i've got a very lightly used smoked Dart Marlin in the garage that I'm not using...yours for $50 bucks plus shipping, or you can pick it up here in Houston if you're in town.
Cheers, Paul

I'm 6'3 and any screen improves pressure on upper body. Originally I fitted the PUIG custom 2 and that worked well (just the brackets were a bit basic). Later I bought the OEM screen which is slightly smaller but has better integrated looking brackets. Both are good & in absence of an OEM one I'd go for PUIG Custom 2....here's two pics of PUIG & one of OEM screen so you can see they are similar size

Thanks for the input, all (and sorry for the initial typo -- it would be rough to be nine feet tall)
I'm keen to try to find this mythical Givi screen...
The GRiSO is my first bike, and I may have underestimated the effects of wind in a naked bike format. Hoping a smart choice in windscreen will help that!

This is the Givi, I think it’s called an A660 or some such, on Red Bike.
About 1/4 of the way down page 2 is my solution - Yamaha Stryker Bullet Cowl (unfortunately, NLA)

From about page 4 onwards there's a few versions of the embo venon, which is what waterbottle fitted ( now my bike) - they look to still be a available.
Surprisingly effective for something so unobtrusive when you are riding.

Here is my old wind pusher that was on it when I bought it. It didn't last long rated at 80mph.
There are two Isotta wind screens on AF1. I ended up buying both the taller of the two is what i settled with. The picture on AF1 makes it look worse than what actually is once mounted. Thankfully...[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

This might be interesting on the GRiSO. I'm wondering if it would flow with the lines of our bikes.
A wire mesh same as the side fairing can be inserted into that front air duct.

I'll keep saying this but IMO nothing is better for wind protection than a full tank bag. Especially on the GRiSO. I tried a variety of screens and all of them created buffetting at 90+mph. I removed the screen and filled my tank bag up to the top and I now have zero buffetting and enough of the wind to my torso is blocked so that I am completely comfortable even on long trips where I'm 80mph+ most of the time.
Also, with any screen on the GRiSO my passenger was experiencing crazy turbulance. So an added bonus is no turbulence should you take a passenger on one of your rides.
Worth adding that I swapped my bars out for Laverda Jota adjustables so I'm in a slightly different position than stock, but this has worked for me on many many motorcycles.
Worth a try. (It's a cheap experiment!)
