Yes. There's a TomTom GPS connector tucked up in the loom, on the right side near the ECU, if I recall correctly. It's powered when the engine is running. I cut mine off and connected a USB port.

Its intact and tucked in behind the headstock right hand side. I think it is powered (like the headlight) from a circuit that only excites when the alternator has output.... so when the engine is running. J

Could this be the elusive power supply in question?

Hi everyone,
Coming back to this thread, can you connect a mobile (for example) directly to the out put of that conector? I believe I saw somewhere that you need to reduce the tension output from 12V to 5V (what about the current A?). Is it an adapter necessary?
Thanks.

It's a 12V output, so you can't directly connect a phone. You will need to attach a USB adapter.

Hi everyone,
I got this USB socket from the Internet. It's a bit on the chunky side, and not so easy to install with some aesthetic and without colliding with other parts on the bike. The two options below collide with the tank when you turn the steering till the bump stop. I am even considering the possibility to install it laterally on the bike, somewhere around the Throotle Bodies, but they will get some heat there...
Did any of you find a nice place to hide these ugly things?
Works for me on RHS above the bar (it's connected through a FuzeBlock under the seat) & I run USB from it to mobile on cradle on LHS. Orange bag is just to keep the desiccator over the instruments at moment.

Hi Paul, Your socket looks pretty much like mine, but yours seem to be mounted on the bars with some sort of a clamp...Did the clamp came along with the socket? Mine just came with the bracket seen on the photos...not very easy to use on the GRiSO...
I also use the dessicator and bag method As I usually don't ride in the rain, it really solved my "foggy dash" problem in the winter
