When I first picked up the SE GRiSO 2011, it had Perrelli scorpions fitted, they were good but didn't last long, after 14k's, I replaced them with the Pilot road 3's, which I was really impressed with, but seemed to wear oddly, with a lot of feathering on the back end of the grooves, I put it down to tyre pressure, then suspension, then rider braking etc, only to find on the Michelin web site that there was a problem with the design ( rubber contortion)of the water dispersing stipes on the pilot 3's, the tyres tended to wear in sections rather than a whole, this has now evidently been addressed with a change in the Pilot 4's.
I'm planning a 4'k return trip soon, and was going to go with the new Pilot 4's, however am tending towards the Conti Road Attack 2 Evo's, has anyone used these tyres, and your opinion?
I know tyres is tyres and its a never ending question, depending on what your doing, Just thought I'd throw it in the ring.
