| Very creative and since you're where it's cold most of the time, there's little need to allow any cooling air to hit the oil cooler, right? | |

| That's part of the work in progress. I will run with the stock grill and get it up to temp check outlet temp with a laser heat gun and then install mine, run and check again. | |

| Its aluminum about 3/16 thick cut by hand. I just sprayed it flat black to see what it looks like, likely I'll go with a gloss or natural finish. | |

| For the 1100 blocking the oil cooler isn't as important as the flow through it is thermostatically controlled and the camshaft isn't as vulnerable as the camshafts in the 8V. Nice work though.
