Found a deal on a 2009 GRiSO in California and decided it was a perfect second bike for me! Figured I would finally introduce myself after finding so much information here, currently working on switching out the exhaust to an agostini, switch away from the flat tappets and then finally a Beetle map

Do the rollerisation first. Everything else is secondary.

Absolutely! I am hoping to get a kit from a dealer here. If that doesn't work out I am going to need a type C kit so I am going to get to know my bike pretty quickly.

I can supply what you need, including sump and spacer gaskets, for about $1100US landed if you can't find a C kit cheaper in the US.
