Can you use the lambda mv reading in Guzzidiag to at least determine if you're to the high side or low side when tweaking the CO setting? I know the narrow band sensor is an either/or thing but is it accurate enough to let you know when you're to either side or the other?

If lambda is active there is no provision for CO adjustment.

I know that, running a Beetle map but the lambda (O2 sensor) voltage is still readable and displayed on the main page even if it isn't influencing the tune. Seems like it is still monitoring the levels in the exhaust even if it doesn't control anything.

Don't. The voltage displayed isn't accurate enough. If you want to get that far into it, get a wideband sensor and gauge, and adjust CO using the wideband signal.
