I think the idle sounds a little high. it should idle about 1.1K, not 1000K (1,000,000) RPM.

Once again indicating that the description we are being furnished with is unclear.
I suggest taking it to Jim at Rose Farm or whoever. Someone who knows how to diagnose stuff but with the bike in front of him.

My mistake...I meant 1K RPMs. At idle. Thanks for the correction.

Why correct the obvious and not give any clarification on the problems relating to the clutch?

"-No modifications have been made to the bike aside from me removing the airbox snorkel part to make a little more room under the seat."
My first go to would be to reverse this modification and see what happens before looking anywhere else. By your description it sounds like you're starving for air when you try to blast off. Why did you need more room under the seat? Maybe what you put under your seat is causing a problem.
