| I'm pulling the cam boxes off my GRiSO and I've read thru the threads and watched the video. How do I loosen the hydraulic cam tensioner and what marks do I line up for the cam. I see how to line up the left cam but not sure how to do the right. | |

| On the left hand side you have to pry the blade of the tensioner back as shown in the video and then hold it back with the pin inserted through the hole in the back of the barrel.
On the right you simply remove the cover over the tensioner plunger.
As for the timing? Turn the engine over using the nut on the end of the crank until thee piston reaches TDC compression. When you take the flinger plate off the sprocket you'll see the cam locator peg in its hole. You should be able to draw an imaginary line through the two breather plate screw holes and the peg. If the peg is off to either side the timing is out.
Treat each side as a different engine as both rods use a shared crank pin. The cam sprockets have two holes that are marked 'L' and 'R'. | |

| Yup. In the tech section on using Guzzidiag Mark has listed a few places for cables, most of us use Lonelec because their stuff always works. | |
