Low idle in the morning

I am finding that my GRiSO has a low idle when I start riding. About 800 rpms, when its cold I have to hold the rpms up to 1100 or it will die. Once it warms up it gradually come up to 1100.
I keep the oil at the sweet spot and marked it on my dip stick and there is no oil in the air box.
I have 18,000 miles on it, is this a dirty throttle body problem.

I am not too excited to remove them as I have never done this before.

I have the Beetle map on it and it runs great.

Stepper Motor hose (to the airbox) is blocked or Stepper Motor is like mine - totally useless now.

Success! I needed to change out my battery for a new one. Took the battery out and opened up the access plate behind the battery. Sprayed lots of carb cleaner in each throttle body and wiped it out with a paper towels. Got a fair amount of crud out of each one. Opened and closed the throttle and sprayed more carb cleaner. Put it all together and fired it up.
Went right to 1,100 rpms and stayed there even when cold.
It looked clean when I was done.
