What does this do?

After reassembling the oil pressure sensor and before reassembly of the fuel tank I noticed this plug, but couldn't find any plug to fit it in to. Does someone know where this plus is for? I've looked at the electrical wiring diagram but found no answers...

It's below the tank.

Air temp sensor on the airbox? TPS? Don't think it's the stepper.

I Think you're right. I think it's the TPS.. looks like it was unhooked from the start... do you know the location of the TPS Pete?

There's was a fuel injection upgrade thing (Motuculo or something) and I think that was the reason..

The only 3 pin devices under the tank are the TPS and phase sensor. The TPS is on the upper right hand side of the throttle bodies.

Nah. Phase sensor has a rectangular plug with a wire clip.

Check the colour codes on the individual wires going to the plug and compare with the wiring diagram.

How about just turning on ignition and then have a look to the diagnosis screens in the dash or hooking up guzzi diag... ?

It was the TPS... luckily I could find it without lifting the damn fuel tank.. so it's connected right now..
