| Brought a new 2017 plated GRiSO 16 months back from the Sunny Coast in Oz after riding a mates GRiSO Tenni. My mate recommended I join the ghetto due to the wealth of knowledge within the group to make the love affair with the GRiSO as durable as possible. The GRiSO being around for over 10yrs now in various model runs has allowed for a lot of its short comings to be sorted as they can become expensive if not caught in time as some of the tales on here have one wondering why own a GRiSO we have four Guzzi’s, so we already know what it’s like owning and living the 1% bike ownership life without having to wear a patch [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| G’day Pete, we have spoke over the phone earlier in the year as you helped me out with a part for the instrument pod when I dropped the GRiSO I did manage to catch up with two lads that know you in Townsville briefly back in June and was was able to have a quick look at their assortment of bikes. I’m in Charters Towers, so tend to do the solo thing a fair bit. Between Beetle yourself and several others posts on the ghetto I have the GRiSO reasonably well sorted. Beetle Mapped with the aid of guzzidiag, rear shock guarded, starter relay by pass, how to carry the throttle body balance out avoiding the sacred screw valve clearance to suit Beetles maps, and the rear skirt lifted/mud guard. Still have swing arm and steering head inspection to carry out. Yourself and others willing to share your wealth of knowledge and experience makes it possible to maintain the bike away from the mainstream of society with the advantage of getting to know how the bike works so when it stops you have some insight into getting it going again if stuck on the side of the road, failing that then there’s the RACQ tilt tray | |

| Good-O! I'm going to be up in Townsville again in a couple of months. I've got to drag this poxy Cali up to have a sidecar put on but my van is plenty big enough for two bikes so I'll probably drag the GRiSO up as well. Perhaps we can all meet up for a ride? Four Grisos in FNQ! That would be a thing to behold!

| Welcome. Really liked that first pic. Looked as if your GRiSO had gotten arrested for hooliganism and had spent the night in the lock-up. Bill | |
