GRiSO Tank 3D scan data

Quick query,
I'd like to make some 3D scanning data of the GRiSO tank available to all on the Ghetto. It was my intention when I did the scanning to redesign the tank data to increase its fuel capacity, then get it 3D printed or similar. At any rate, I no longer have access to the necessary software (changed job to unemployed), so I thought I would at least make the source data available for others to use and move things forward. The thing is I don't see a way to make an attachment available to everyone other than by a hosted link to a drop box or similar. Is this the only way to achieve this?
